For every website the top link will take you to the website in the existing browser that you are using. The bottom link will start up a second browser to go to the clicked site. That way you can always go back to this list just by clicking on the first browser listed in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. If you don't have a taskbar such as those of you that have windows 3.x then do this.
